Seek first God's kingdom

Scripture tells us to seek God's kingdom first. My question to you is what does that look like in your day to day life? I will tell you going to church and sitting in a pew is not it. Reading the Bible religiously every day is not it either. Praying even doesn't qualify as seeking God's kingdom first. What does qualify is making God more important than your bills, your pay check, your children, your spouse and anything else that you have put in His place of importance. Many will say I already do that, my question is are you sure of that? The reason I ask is I have seen many who think God is first in their lives and in their minds He probably is but put in a tough situation He is NOT who they run to. If He is not who you turn to for everything then you are not seeking His kingdom first. Look to God and trust Him with everything He created and you will find all those things you are missing in life. Jesus First and always.
